When will my order be delivered?

Local delivery
 
Orders placed in Jersey should be delivered within 3 working days (*see exceptions), not including the day you place your order (e.g An order placed on Tuesday night at 11pm, should be delivered by Friday). We do however try our best** to get any orders placed on Thursday, delivered the following day in time for the weekend.
 
*Exceptions - Merchandise will take longer to arrive as it is printed to order. Generally this is around 10-14 working days, so please bear this in mind when ordering.
 
**Deliveries dates/times cannot be 100% guarenteed, sometimes shit happens! We will however try our upmost to accomodate any special requests, so please get in touch if you have anything in perticular you would like to arrange.

Where do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

We offer free delivery to all Jersey addresses, with a couple of exceptions where you might need a minimum value (£25.00) in your basket to qualify for free shipping.
 
We also offer a UK delivery service on selected products, and these can be found in the "UK delivery porducts" category of our shop.
 
While we don't have online delivery options for outside of Jersey and the UK, we can arrange something for you if you would like to ship to somewhere else, so just drop us a message.

Where can I buy your beer?

You can find all products in our online store, located in the menu bar at the top of the page.
 
If you are after smaller quantities or don't want to wait for delivery, then we are stocked in many independent wine stores, shops and supermarkets. The list is too exhaustive to put up, but please just drop us an email to find where is closest to you.

Where are your beers made?

All of our beers are made in Jersey, in our own top secret brewery which, due to it's awesomeness, you wouldn't be able to handle knowing the location of...

Question 5

Can you re-fill the bottles or mini-casks?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately we aren't able to re-fill either beer bottles or mini-casks, so please re-cycle them. The Mini-casks can go into your metals recycling bin, or get creative and upcycle them into something cool!

Question 6

What are your opening hours?

Accepted Answer

We are 'open' Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm. However sometimes:
 
- the surf is epic...
- the 'Secretary' is out riding bicycles...
- the "30°C rule" has been invoked...
- we've fallen into a tank full of beer, and have no intention of climbing out...
 
In short, we will answer the phone, and reply to your emails as soon as possible!
